You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to large furniture items and clearance products.

While we do not provide direct installation, we partner with certified local contractors to help you set up your new appliances, flooring, or cabinetry. Contact our support team for a list of recommended professionals.
